- Clarifying and defining the desired organizational culture in facilitated top team workshops
- Diagnosing the current organizational culture with input from each organizational level and analyzing key gaps
- Designing a tailored sequence of interventions to create and sustain the desired culture, including roll-out activities, supporting training programs, follow-up and reinforcement activities, facilitated workshops, individual coaching programs and quick wins planning and implementation
- Producing tailored training program materials and video content to support the culture change
- Implementing the interventions over a period of six months to two years in close partnership with the client’s key personnel
- Monitor and evaluate culture change progress
