The Leadership Program effectively helps managers and supervisors to play an active, firm, fair and effective role as a leader and supervisor of work. It encourages them to avoid an excessively passive or authoritarian leadership style and strike a healthy balance between the interests of the organization and the interests of the staff in getting work done. This has very positive impacts on staff motivation and morale, and can also lead to improved organization performance.
The program gives participants a deep understanding of important leadership and supervision concepts and equips them with practical interactive skills. It has proven highly effective in changing leadership attitudes and behaviours throughout organizations, with the following benefits:
