Business Dynamics’ Leadership Training Program

BD 07.07.09 Business Dynamics has conducted Leadership training program for thousands of top managers, middle managers and supervisors for various organizations throughout Indonesia. Between 2001 and 2004, Business Dynamics licensed the training program to The Global Alliance for Workers and Communities, who conducted it on a large scale in India, China, Vietnam and Thailand. From 2001 to 2004, our Leadership program has touched more than 10,000 factory workers in those countries, and benefiting the lives and working conditions of the workers and their families.

 

In 2005 and 2006, sponsored by MPDF (Mekong Private Sector Development Facility) & Gap Inc., Business Dynamics trained trainers in Cambodia to enable them to train Leadership program so that they can train in other organizations in Cambodia. MPDF is a multi-donor initiative managed by the International Finance Corporation, the commercial bank of the World Bank.

 

The Leadership Program effectively helps managers and supervisors to play an active, firm, fair and effective role as a leader and supervisor of work. It encourages them to avoid an excessively passive or authoritarian leadership style and strike a healthy balance between the interests of the organization and the interests of the staff in getting work done. This has very positive impacts on staff motivation and morale, and can also lead to improved organization performance.

 

The program gives participants a deep understanding of important leadership and supervision concepts and equips them with practical interactive skills. It has proven highly effective in changing leadership attitudes and behaviours throughout organizations, with the following benefits:
